There are many great ways to get involved as a PAPA volunteer!
We need parents and students for a variety of opportunities, including rising freshmen!!!
CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR!!!
PAPA is looking for people who are interested in getting more involved in planning and chairing events for next school year.
Please e-mail PAPA president, Carol Eubanks, jctkjc@gmail.com, if you are interested or know of someone who would be interested in volunteering in one or more of the following areas (including rising freshmen parents):
Lobby Sales - Concessions or Flowers
Fundraising - Cheesecakes, Plant Sales, or North Georgia State Fair* *
Hospitality - ComPAny, Dance, Drama, Snowball Reception, Vocal, College Fair, GHP Concessions, or Open House.
**North Georgia Fair Food Booth- We are looking for a new committee chair or chairpersons to run the coordination of our food booth in September. Pam and Terry Stookey will train the new team this year and work with them during the transition. This is a SIGNIFICANT fundraiser for PAPA!! We need your help to keep it going.

JOIN THE BROOK BACKSTAGE DESIGN TEAM
This costume committee can always use your help (both students and parents). You don't need to be a seamstress or even know how to sew!
Getting involved with the costume committee is a great way to support CCCEPA and meet other parents. Volunteers help with cutting, gluing and spray painting, and of course sewing, too. If you also love to thrift-store shop, you will definitely be an asset to this committee!

HOSPITALITY
There will be multiple opportunities throughout the year to help with a variety of hospitality areas (donations of food & serving at student concerts, functions and receptions). More info will be posted for individual events. Check out the Board Member page to see the types of hospitality events and chairpersons.
