Judy
Cole, Piano Instructor, after
earning a Bachelor's Degree in
Piano Performance from the
University of North Carolina in
Chapel Hill and a Master's Degree in
Keyboard Accompaniment from
the College-Conservatory of Music,
University of Cincinnati, Ohio, Judy
entered the world of working musicians.
Since
the early 70's, she has performed in virtually
every setting a pianist could perform, from cruise ships
to night clubs, from smoke-filled piano bars to concert halls,
from opera productions to symphony work, from intimate
private parties to gatherings of thousands of people. Her
repertoire encompasses everything from classical piano
literature and chamber music to rock 'n roll, country,
jazz, pop, Broadway and standards. Audiences remember
how much fun music can be when Judy plays for them,
and how their emotions can be awakened by a soulful
performance.
Judy
Cole currently plays as a soloist in
various groups in the greater Atlanta
area. She joined the CCCEPA
faculty in July of 2004.
