Fundraising Opportunities for Student Accounts!

Throughout the year, there are opportunities to raise money for individual student accounts, where money is accumulated for use toward school trips, college visits, Unified Auditions, National High School Dance Festival, All-State Chorus, and much more during a student’s time at Pebblebrook. Each of our fundraising opportunities is dedicated to assisting students in defraying expenses. Playbill Ads and Line Ad Shout Outs

Playbill Ads

All Playbill Ads sold by a current CCCEPA student will generate 25% of the proceeds to go directly to their student account.  Playbill Ads are available to purchase for the upcoming CCCEPA Musicals- Chicago and The Little Mermaid. Click Here to download the Playbill Ad Form.

Line Ad Shout Outs

Line Ads are a great way to give a special Shout Out to show support of cast and crew members in a show. Line Ads can be sold by cast and crew members of the upcoming CCCEPA Musicals- Chicago and The Little Mermaid.  Students will generate 100% of the proceeds to go directly to their student account.

Plant Sale Fundraiser

Plant sales make up the majority of the fundraising opportunities throughout the year, Fall, Poinsettia and Spring. Order forms and payment options will be listed prior to each sale.  Check back throughout the year for information.

The important dates for the three sales are as follows:

  • Fall Plant Sales Begin- August 9, 2021 (See ordering information below)
  • Fall Plant Sales Due- August 27, 2021
  • Fall Plant Delivery-October 16, 2021

 

  • Poinsettia Sales Begin-October 20, 2021
  • Poinsettia Sales Due-November 5, 2021
  • Poinsettia Delivery-December 4, 2021

 

  • Spring Plant Sales Begin-February 14, 2022
  • Spring Plant Sales Due-March 11, 2022
  • Spring Plant Delivery-April 16, 2022

After the order forms and money are collected, the plants will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Once the plants are delivered, you must pick up them up at the designated location on the allotted date/time.

 

Fall 2021 Plant Sale Information

Fill out the individual order form (where you record all the sales you have made and complete the final plants tally along with the amounts collected before turning in with ONE check for the full amount made out to PAPA). For a full listing of plants available for order Click Here.

Your student account will be credited for items sold as follows:

  • $5.00 credit for each flat of bedding plants sold at $11.00 per flat of Pansies or Violas
  • $3.00 credit for each 8-inch pot of Kale sold at $6.00 per pot
  • $4.00 credit for each 8-inch pot of Chrysanthemums sold at $8.00 per pot

Order forms and money are due Friday, August 27th

Put the completed ORDER FORM(s) and CHECK in an envelope marked “Plant Sales”

Drop Off completed ORDER FORM(s) and CHECK to PA office .

Online option: Scan your completed order form and email to patoconnor73@yahoo.com.  Pay online with a credit card by clicking on the Payment Form Button below.

Be sure your order form includes a phone number and email address, preferably belonging to a parent.

Plants will be delivered on Saturday, October 16th.

Delivery location will be posted on October 1st on the CCCEPA web site
